AI automation
for technical service.

Administrative processes, automated within existing systems.

Top-tier craftsmanship, last-century process

Once the work on site is done, the manual work begins.

JOB SHEET
HOURS
REPORT
INVOICE
Entered twice

On paper or in an app, then entered again in the administration.

Separate systems

Hours and reports kept separately, transferred by hand.

Waiting time

The invoice waits for the report, and so does the revenue.

Three breaks between job sheet and invoice. Each break costs time, oversight and revenue.

From job sheet to invoice

Solutions are fitted to existing processes and systems, while day-to-day operations carry on.

Reporting & technical writing

Raw engineer notes are converted automatically into client-ready reports.

System integrations

Existing software packages are connected, so data moves between systems without retyping.

Custom AI solutions

Advice and development for processes where AI delivers a demonstrable return.

CULTURE AND HOSPITALITY
@droog

To attract more visitors to its location through search engines and AI chatbots such as ChatGPT and Claude, @droog tracked by hand which website content performed best and used it as the basis for new content in the same writing style. In an advisory role, an approach was set out for automating both the content analysis and the production of new content for SEO and GEO (generative engine optimization).

LANDSCAPE RESTORATION
Commonland

Commonland is a Dutch not-for-profit organisation that restores degraded landscapes through its 4 Returns framework, working with partners in more than twenty countries. In an advisory role, the financial and administrative processes were reviewed, bottlenecks were identified and an automation solution was proposed for each one, together with a substantiated recommendation on the build route: custom code or a low-code platform within the existing Microsoft environment.

Automation within the existing Microsoft environment

For organisations already working with Microsoft 365, automation is built within the existing environment. Data remains inside the tenant, management stays with the organisation and no additional platform is introduced.

Custom automation

Every project starts with a thorough analysis of the way of working.

STEP 01
Analysis
Work on the shop floor is shadowed to map where time can be saved and where quality can be improved.
STEP 02
Build
Bottlenecks are automated, with AI where it adds demonstrable value. Connections are made to the systems already in use.
STEP 03
Ongoing development
Processes change and the solution evolves with them. Support continues after delivery.
NB: Only what works on the shop floor gets built. If something will not pay off, that is stated up front.

A 30-minute intro. No strings attached.

Discuss which process needs attention. You’ll then get an honest picture of what automation will and won’t deliver.
